Product Details
RS PRO 50 Way Right Angle Through Hole D-sub Connector Socket, 2.77 mm Pitch
Widely used in computer hardware and instrumentation, this 50-way D-Sub connector socket is ideal for making I/O (input/output) connections. It has a right-angled orientation for neat and robust panel installation.
The D-shaped, tin-plated steel shell provides a strong mechanical connection and ensures the plug is inserted the right way round. Gold-plated formed contacts ensure high-quality signal transmission. It's voltage-rated at 250 V and current-rated at 5 A, and will work in a range of temperatures from -55˚C to +125˚C. The shell provides good shielding of the signal from electromagnetic interference and tinned solder cup terminations make wiring easy.
The adapter has been tested to ensure its safety and reliability. You can be sure it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and contains only minimal hazardous substances (RoHS). You'll find D-Sub connectors widely used across a range of across applications, from remote sensors to data processing.
