XY2 AU Series Safety Enabling Switch, 3 Position, 1NO, IP65

The Telemecanique sensors enabling switch is an XY2AU series switch that ensures the safety of machine operators during setting and maintenance operations. It is also used while adjusting the moving parts. This device allows the operators to enable start and stop instructions while movements are being performed at reduced speeds. Additionally, it lets the operator give an emergency stop instruction in the event of immediate danger. It also has an emergency stop, if the operator's grip tightens on the enabling switch handle.

Immediate stop ("dead man" function) during a dangerous movement as soon as the enabling switch handle is released (this applies to machine without inertia: with immediate braking)
