ROHM, BD9778HFP-TR Step-Down Switching Regulator 2A Adjustable 7-Pin, HRP

The flexible step-down switching regulator of the ROHM is a switching regulator with built-in POWER MOSFET, which withstands high pressure. The operational frequency is freely configurable with external resistance. A wide input voltage range (7V to 35V) and temperature range (-40? to 125?) can correspond to various applications by the feature.
