MIT510/2 & MIT520/2 5kV Insulation Testers

5kV insulation resistance testers in a rugged IP65 case to enable simple safety checks on insulation and also a range of predictive tests for preventative maintenance.Safety features include automatic discharge of capacitive energy, test inhibit if >50V detected at test leads and timed start button to prevent inadvertent operation if button is jammed etc.

Megger Insulation Tester Leads

The Megger insulation tester leads include three sets of test lead one red, one blue, and one black, with insulated test clips. These clips are designed for clamping on larger diameter test pieces but where space is at a premium. The insulation is designed only to protect the user from the output of Megger 5 kV and 10 kV (set below 6 kV) insulation resistance testers. These clips are used with MIT1020, MIT510, MIT520 insulation testers.

• Silicone insulation on lead wires protects hands from shock and heat, resists melting or becoming brittle in hot or cold environments, and maintains flexibility better than PVC insulation
