Schneider XVBC Modular Signal Tower

The Schneider Harmony XVBC series is a visual and audible signalling tower used for indicating the various states of operation for a device or installation, such as: start, stop machine, no material, call technical staff, and fault signalling.
These signal towers offer a high degree of protection, extra brightness and excellent reliability enable them to adapt to any type of environment.
Industry applications include machine manufacturers (assembly line, etc.), mobile loads (travelling cranes, trolleys, etc.). Para-industrial and service sector include motorway tolls, cash registers, distribution switchboards, etc.

Features and Benefits

• Available as incandescent (bulbs must be ordered separately) or LED modules
• May be assembled with up to 5 light modules or 4 light modules and 1 sound module
• Buzzers are available with intermittent or continuous tones
• Base & cover need to be ordered separately for mounting
• Tubes and tube cover available for raising the beacons height
• Sound unit operates from a 12-48 Vac or 120-230 V supply providing a sound level of 90 dB at a frequency of 0-12 kHz
• All units have an operating termperature range of -25 to +50 °C (apart from the static lens units without lamps -25 to +70 °C)
• Made from Glass Reinforced Polyamide and Polycarbonate
• IP65 rated
• Long distance signalling: 35 to 50 m
• Units are 70 mm in diameter and 63 mm in height
• Cable access from side or beneath

Applications:

Note

Bulbs, base and covers need to be ordered separately for mounting, accessories such as tubes and tube covers are also available for raising the beacons height.
