TL783 Linear Voltage Regulators, Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments TL783 Series are positive linear voltage regulators for voltage and current programmable regulation. This three terminal adjustable high-voltage regulator offers an output current of 700 mA via the DMOS output transistor with voltages ranging from 1.25 V to 125 V. These voltage regulators provide current limiting, thermal shutdown and input overvoltage protection. Designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard bipolar regulators cannot be used.

Adjustable output: 1.25 V to 125 V with an external resistor divider
Output current: 700 mA
Voltage Regulation: Input 0.001%; Output: 0.15%
Output Transistor Safe Operating Area Protection
Ripple Rejection: 76 dB
