74HCT Family Decoders/Multiplexers, Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments range of Decoders, Multiplexers, De-multiplexers and Analogue Switches from the 74HCT Family of CMOS Logic ICs. Inputs of the 74HCT family are 74LSTTL compatible, and the products use silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to the LSTTL family but with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits.
