Tektronix Oscilloscope Probes

The Tektronix is active deferential voltage oscilloscope probe has a bandwidth of 50MHz and permits selection of 50x or 500x attenuation. It converts floating signals to low voltage ground-referenced signals that can be displayed safely and easily on any ground-referenced oscilloscope.
Note:
TMDP and THDP Series probes have the TekVPI® interface which enables smart communication between oscilloscope and probe - each TekVPI probe features controls and indicators located on the probe compensation box, designed to provide quick and easy access to the probe's most commonly required set-up controls and operating status. P52xxA Series probes have the Tektronix TekProbe® interface which communicates scale information to the oscilloscope.
The P5200A can be used with any oscilloscope and enables users to safely make measurements of floating circuits with their oscilloscope grounded.

Warning
Do not use the P5200A with scopes that have floating inputs (isolated inputs), such as the Tektronix TPS2000 Series. The P5200A requires an oscilloscope or other measurement instruments with grounded inputs.
