TEMD6200 Series Ambient Light Sensors

The TEMD6200 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of ambient light sensors. They are surface mounted (SMD) devices with the compact 0805 footprint. Suitable applications for the TEMD6200 ambient light sensors include; automotive sensors, backlight dimming, mobile phones, notebooks and computers.
