Product Details

PSoC® TFT Expansion Board is a breakout board for a 2.8”, 320x240 px MI0283QT-9A TFT display. It's equipped with a microSD slot, and compatible with the CY8CKIT-050 PSoC® 5LP development kit. The ILI9341 display controller driven TFT screen is covered with a resistive touch panel which can be used as an input device. 2x20 side pin headers (delivered unsoldered) provide further connectivity, and four corner mounting holes simplify integration.
