Tektronix Oscilloscope Probes

The Tektronix is an active differential oscilloscope probe capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1500V. This probe is effective in making measurements in IGBT circuits such as motor drives and power converters. It supports bandwidths up to 200MHz and slew rates up to 275V/ns at 1/250 gain.
A broad portfolio of high-voltage probing solutions that enable users to safely and accurately make floating measurements.
TMDP and THDP Series probes have the TekVPI® interface which enables smart communication between oscilloscope and probe - each TekVPI probe features controls and indicators located on the probe compensation box, designed to provide quick and easy access to the probe's most commonly required set-up controls and operating status. P52xxA Series probes have the Tektronix TekProbe® interface which communicates scale information to the oscilloscope.
The THDP0100 is capable of measuring floating voltages up to 6000V safely. An over-range visual and audible indicator warns the user when the linear range of the probe is exceeded.
