MCP9800/1/2/3 High Accuracy Temperature Converters

The MCP9800/1/2/3 series of high accuracy temperature converters have a 2Wire serial interface and convert temperatures of -55°C to +125°C to a digital output.

Applications include PCs, servers, hard disk drives, mobile phones, office equipment, data communication equipment and entertainment systems.
