DS600 Analogue Temperature Sensor

The DS600 analogue temperature sensor produces a voltage output proportional to temperature and can function as a thermostat with user-programmable trip points. Applications include portable medical equipment, thermally sensitive systems and cold-junction thermocouple compensation.

Temperature measurement range: -40 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±0.5°C from -20 to +100°C, ±0.75°C from -40 to +125°C
Output Gain: 6.45mV/°C with 509mV offset at 0°C
Low power shut-down mode
Power supply: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc
