STD/STL/STT/STCN/STLM Digital Temperature Sensors & Thermal Watchdog

The STD/STL/STT/STCN/STLM series of CMOS digital temperature sensors & thermal watchdog have been designed to monitor and measure temperature using an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and ADC that converts temperature into digital form.

Typical applications include PCs, industrial controllers, electronics equipment and system thermal management.
