DS75 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat

The DS75 is a temperature-to-digital converter with an over-temperature alarm output. The DS75L parts work with a power supply down to +1.7V and feature faster conversion times. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.

Measurement temperature range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±2°C from -25 to +100°C
Thermostatic settings are user-definable
Programmable resolution from 9 to 12 bits
Conversion Time DS75 (Max): 150ms (9-bit), 1200ms (12-bit)
Conversion Time DS75L (Max): 25ms (9-bit), 200ms (12-bit)
Communication: Serial I²C bus
Power supply: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc (DS75), +1.7V to +3.7Vdc (DS75L)
