NCT175 NCT275 Digital Temperature Sensors

The NCT175 and NCT275 digital temperature sensors convert temperature measurements into digital readings using a 12-bit ADC. Ideal applications include computer thermal monitoring, thermal protection, isolated sensing, battery management, office electronics, electronic test equipment, thermostat controls and thermal management of systems.
