Steel corner braces can be made of 1.2 - 3 mm steel, they can be chrome plated, zinc coated or made of stainless steel.
In terms of size, there is a wide variety of choice. small ball corners can be 30x30x30 mm or even smaller while ball corners medium can be an ideal protection for cases with corner size of up to 90 x 90 x 90 mm.
What is the fitting process?
Flight Case corners are usually fitted by screws directly to flightcase using pre-drilled mounting holes. Three-leg brackets are mounted by 2 screws on each leg.
