How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history. You must be registered to access 'My Account'. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team on 0800 888 780.

When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

 - It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, clearly labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging, unused and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.

 - For terms and conditions, please see Section 12 of the 'Cancellations and Returns' in our conditions of sale.
