This RS PRO electrolytic capacitor is an Ideal choice for preventing voltage fluctuations in filtering devices or storing power in flash lamps. It stores energy by using electrolytes to create electrostatic fields.

The capacitor has built-in protection against fire hazards as there's a safety vent that prevents explosions in case you exceed the maximum voltage. It's a radial-type component, meaning both leads come out of the same side. The through-hole mounting type makes it easy to install, as you can simply run the leads through holes in a printed circuit board (PCB).
