OSRAM SOLERIQ P 13 Series Chip on Board Lighting LEDs


The SOLERIQ P 13 series, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are a family of chip-on-board (CoB) LEDs. They offer a high flux output from a small surface area, making them ideal for use in spotlights. OSRAM’s SOLERIQ P 13 LEDs were designed specifically to work in directional lighting applications such as retail lighting, shop lighting, and outdoor lighting.
The SOLERIQ P 13 series have a CoB package with a light emitting surface 13.5 mm in diameter, containing 40 chips. This CoB package type enables the user to create a simple lighting design. Available in a choice of white colour options these LEDs have a CRI greater that 80 or 90. The SOLERIQ P 13 LEDs are suitable replacements for traditional 50 W HID lamps.
