74HC4000 Series, Texas Instruments

Standard logic ICs using CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL with the low power consumption of CMOS integrated circuits. The 74HC4000 logic family is functionally and pin-compatible with the standard LS logic family, and all devices have the ability to drive 10 LSTTL loads.
