The ROHM 128 Kbit serial EEPROM features an SPI bus interface with address auto-increment during read operations for efficient data access. It includes auto erase and auto end functions for seamless data rewriting. The device offers flexible software-configurable write protection for 1/4, 1/2, or the entire memory array. Additional safeguards include a HOLD function via the HOLDB pin and write protection at power-on or through the WPB pin to prevent accidental writes.
