A3290/1 Chopper Stabilised Precision Hall Effect Latches

The Allegro Microsystems A3290/1 Hall-effect latches are temperature-stable and stress-resistant sensor ICs. They include a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilisation, Schmitt trigger, and a short circuit protected open-drain output to sink up to 25 mA.

A south polarity magnetic field is required to turn on the output and a north polarity field to turn off the output. An on-board regulator permits operation with supply voltages in the range of 3 V to 24 V.
