Use this IDC (Insulation-Displacement Connector) from the RS PRO range to terminate flat ribbon cables quickly and efficiently. To save you time and effort, it's designed to cut through a cable's insulation and join the wire to the connector without any soldering. It's also an ideal space-saving solution as it can connect up to 14 different cables at once.
The housing of this IDC socket is made of glass fibre-reinforced PET (polyethylene terephthalate), making it robust yet lightweight for protection that won't add weight to your circuit.
