Flexible Light Guides for SMD LEDs (Switch)

This family of flexible light pipes, from MENTOR, have a 1 mm or 2 mm fibre. This range is designed for use with up to 3 Chipleds with a 0805 footprint or smaller. This enables the user to create bi-colour or tri-colour displays.
Vertical light pipes are designed for use with surface mount (SMD) LEDs and are fitted to the circuit board using push-fit lugs. The light pipe inject face sits in close proximity to the LED on the board.

Features of the flexible light pipes:
Round heads
PC clear UL94 body and lens
PMMA flex light pipe
Ambient temperature: -40°C to +85°C

For these non-cancellable (NC), and non-returnable (NR) products, Terms and Conditions apply.

LED Light Pipes, MENTOR - Flexible

MENTOR light guides are designed to transmit light from a PCB-mounted LED to the desired user interface. This transfer is completed with little or no loss of luminance and no light bleed between adjacent elements.
The flexible LEDs push-fit into a plastic housing which is mounted onto the PCB. They have a round head shape in a range of diameters.
