Zelio Logic Smart Relay- Compact

Zelio logic smart relays are designed for use in small automated systems and are used in both industrial and commercial applications. The relays are supplied with 10 or 26 I/O depending on the model and can have up to 40 extended I/O.

Features and benefits:

• Easily programmable interface, safe programming allows you to run coherence testing, simulations and monitoring modes to ensure complete control over your devices.

• A real-time clock built in

6 to 10 outputs & 4 to 10 inputs (depending on model) allowing you versatility in the number of stand-alone devices you need to input/output to.

Low power consumption with a generous supply voltage ranging from 12 V dc up to 24 V dc (see specifications for model specific voltage).

DIN Rail or panel mounting with screw terminals depending on your need.

Cost-effective in reducing space needed with the compact models vs. other basic modules.

• Intuitive programming with Zelio Soft 2 software using function block diagram (FBD): this has 32 pre-programmed functions, 7 Grafcet functions, 6 logic functions.

Programming and Software

Logic modules are useful for when you need to perform a process without human intervention, therefore the list is not limited. Logic Modules may even be connected to other Logic Modules for example. Below you'll find some typical applications:

• Control systems for smaller machinery/replacement of controls

• Lighting management

• Heating and air conditioning controls

Easy programming is done independently by using the buttons on the front of the relay or on a PC by using “Zelio Soft” software. When programming using a PC, it is done using either LADDER language or in function block diagram language (FBD).

Memory

The Zelio logic smart relays have a backup memory that allows programs to be copied into other smart relays. The memory allows a backup copy of the program to be saved prior to exchanging the product and for relays without display or buttons, the copy program is automatically transferred at power-up.

Schneider Electric now offers a new generation of expandable intelligent relays, offering substantial advantages in flexibility and functionality. Zelio Logic 2 Smart Relay is the optimum solution to control tasks such as automating small machines within industry, lighting, HVAC and access control within buildings.
With the small footprint, simple programming, powerful control functions and the possibility of changing or modifying the program in case of changed application requirements, it offers great savings in space and price compared to other options.
Choose between two new series - Compact and Modular. The Compact series is not expandable and is available with the following I/O block sizes: 10 I/O, 12 I/O and 20 I/O.
The Modular series is available with 10 and 26 I/O basic units and is expandable up to 40 I/O with the latter. Apart from this flexibility both new series are programmable using FBD, ladder and Grafcet SFC programming languages.
User friendly design for easy programming and operation, either directly from the module using the navigation buttons or via Windows based software.
