The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 32-pin CMOS 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 16kb of flash program memory, 1kb of internal SRAM and 512 bytes EEPROM. It has 23 programmable I/O lines. The microcontroller has a real-time counter, four flexible timer/counters- compare modes and PWM, two USARTs and more. It also has a byte-oriented two-wire serial interface with optional differential input stage with programmable gain, programmable watchdog timer with an internal oscillator.
