Simple manual control provides:

Bi-directional single step (jog)

Slow speed continuous operation in desired direction

Fast speed, continuous operation in desired direction. The fast positioning rates are programmable to meet the user’s exact requirements.

For 2 axis installation a Jog Link Cable is required to connect between the Sim-Step units

Sim-Step offers a complete packaged system that is ready to use straight out of the box. Use the colour coded cables & accessories to simplify connections.,Sim-Step is supplied complete with ac supply cable, RS232 cable and terminator. Motor and colour coded datum / limit cables together with the junction box are purchased separately to interconnect the system.,Use the I/O breakout box (510-0492) & cable (510-0509) for integration in systems that require interaction with other machine functions. The programmable digital I/O is particularly useful when developing sequences for stand-alone operation.,The jog box (510-0515) can be used to manually control two Sim-Step units ,Sim-Step provides optional closed-loop control when an encoder is connected to the system using the encoder cable (510-0458 or 510-0470)
