Bulkhead Union - KQG2 Series

SMC’s KQG2 stainless steel range provides engineers with a choice of high performance, lightweight, compact push in fittings for when resistance to corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures is vital. 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the existing KQG range and available to tubing diameters from 3.2 to 16mm. Suitable for use with compressed air, water, steam and able to perform across a diverse range of pressure (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature conditions (-5°C to +150°C).

KQG2 SUS316 Stainless Steel Fittings

SMC KQG2 series one-touch pneumatic fittings are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistant properties that are better than grade 304 stainless steel. SUS316 stainless steel offers higher pitting and corrosion resistance properties, and is especially suitable for chloride environments.


KQG2 series one-touch fittings make use of FKM seals and may be used with a variety of tubing including nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, FEP and PFA. The fittings are suitable for use with steam and are grease-free.
