Self Powered Digital Input Current Limiter

The STMicroelectronics CLT03-2Q3, CLT03-1SC3 Current Limiters are state of the art devices which drastically reduce the power dissipation of digital inputs. The device does not require any external supply as it takes supply from the input signal. The CLT03 series is high side and low side compatible. It can also drive an opto-coupler and LVTTL circuits.

Inputs are reverse plugin compatible
Has Deglitch filter for EMC robustness
Complies with IEC 61000-4-2 level 1: ±4 kV (air discharge)
Complies with IEC 61000-4-2 level 1: ±2 kV (contact discharge)
Available in SOT23-8L - 650 μm pitch and QFN-16L - 500 μm pitch packages
