G9SA, Safety Relays, Expandable

The G9SA family offers a line-up of compact and expandable safety relay units. Modules with safe OFF-delay timing are available as well as a two hand controller. Simple multiplication of safety contacts is possible by using the connection on the front.

45mm wide housing, expansion units are 17.5mm wide
Both DIN mount and screw mount are possible
Safe OFF-delay timer model with 1-15s delay (in 1s steps)
Simple expansion connection
Certification up to category 4 according to EN954-1 depending on the application
Suitable for PNP OSSD outputs of safety sensors, F3SN, F3SH, F3S-B, F3S-TGR, F3SL

• G9SA -301 or G9SA-501 – Relay Emergency Stop Units.
• G9SA-321- T – Relay Emergency Stop OFF-delay units.
• G9SA-TH – Relay Two-hand Controller.
• G9SA-EX301 – Relay Expansion Units.

G9SA-301 24AC/DC Emergency Stop Safety Relay.

• Main contact 3PST-NO (normally open).
• Auxiliary contact SPST-NC (normally closed).
• 1 Channel or 2 Channels possible.
• Rated voltage 24 V ac/dc.
• Operating voltage range 85% to 110% of the rated power supply voltage.
• Power consumption 24 V ac/dc, 1.8 VA/1.7 W max.
• When an expansion unit is connected the power consumption is increased by 2 VA/2 W max.
• Input current 40 mA max.
• Resistive load
• Rated load 250 V ac, 5 A. 30 V dc, 5 A.
• Rated carry current 5 A.

• Do Not remove the connector of this model unless an expansion unit is being connected.
• Always turn OFF the G9SA before connecting an expansion unit.
