MAX Series Temperature Monitor with on-board Temperature Sensor
The MAX series of temperature monitors with on-board temperature sensors are designed to monitor internal and external power supply voltages and convert voltages and temperatures to code using an ADC. The monitors work by generating a latched interrupt output alert when temperature measurements and input voltages exceed their limits.
