RS PRO Non-Silicone Thermal Grease, 4W/m·K

Dissipate heat from your electrical components and keep them running effectively with this non-silicone thermal grease. With an operating temperature range of -50°C to +153°C, it works under the most extreme of environments to prevent electrical failure.

Providing an ultra-thin bond line, it can be easily applied and reworked. For flexibility, this paste can be dispensed or screen and stencil machine printed. You can apply it cleanly and neatly using the handy syringe.

With a breadth of potential applications, this grey-coloured thermal grease is a convenient material for many electrical devices and needs. Among its uses, you can find it in mobile phone components, LED signage, computer CPUs and battery thermal management of hybrid vehicles.
