OSA Opto UV LED

The OSA Opto OCU-400 series 415Nm is a 2 pin, surface mount UV LED with a length of 3.0mm, a width of 2.0mm and height of 1.0mm. It is developed for low power and medium power applications.

• All devices sorted into luminous intensity classes
• Cathode to transporting perforation marking at anode
• Circuit substrate is AIO2O3 ceramic
• Encapsulation is silicone
• Lead free solderable
• Soldering pads are gold plated
• Taped in 8mm blister tape
• Taping is face up (T)
