The MikroElektronika add-on board is designed for precise global navigation and tracking across multiple satellite systems. It features the LC26G (AB) GNSS receiver module from Quectel, which supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, and QZSS constellations. With exceptional sensitivity and fast signal acquisition, it performs reliably even in dense urban environments. The board integrates EASY and ALP technologies to reduce time-to-first-fix and optimize power consumption. It communicates via UART and I2C interfaces and includes a battery backup for RAM and RTC retention.
