The Microchip 24LC32A 32Kbit serial EEPROM is organized as eight blocks of 32K x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. It operates on voltage range of 2.5 to 5.5V. The device has a page write capability for up to 64 bytes of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 256K boundary.
