Adhesive Polyimide Tape

A high performance film backed by a silicone thermosetting adhesive which will not carbonise at elevated temperatures.,The tape is specifically designed for high temperature exposure where mechanical, electrical and adhesive properties must be maintained, e.g. coil/capacitor wrapping.,The material's inherent physical toughness enables it to perform many tasks, e.g. masking of PCBs prior to soldering and gold plating, lead and turn anchoring and protection against chemical attack on components.

Benefits:

Bondplus Electrical Tape
For covering at high temperatures
No adhesive residue
For covering from connection terminals from circuit boards
Very high temperature resistance of 250 °C
For surface protection
For high-temperature-clamp connections (200 °C)
Temperature resistant, clean to remove

Features:

• Carrier: Polyimide
• Colour: Amber
• Thickness Carrier: 25
• Adhesive: Silicone

Typical Applications

These Polyimide Tapes are suitable for the most demanding applications in electronic industries.

• Die-cutting to precise tolerances for masking applications
• Fixing Static laminators
• Membrane switch and keypad applications
• E.M.I. / R.F.I. shielding
• Electrical insulation
