3M™ Scotch Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP100 is a two part, rigid epoxy adhesive offering fast curing and machinability. It is a fast setting epoxy that cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond. Has low viscosity for easy dispensing and levelling.

The 3M DP100 is high flow, versatile adhesive for general purpose bonding. It’s has a low viscosity and clear formulation, which allows a variety of materials including metals, ceramics, concrete and wood. It delivers strong and rigid adhesion making it ideal for various applications.

The mix ratio of the DP100 Epoxy Resin is 1:1 for a quick dispensing and with a 5 minute working time, so there’s some opportunity for repositioning of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength after approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours.
