StarTech NLAQ Series Ethernet Cable, 7m Cable Length, Aqua - NLAQ-7M-CAT6A-PATCH

This Ethernet cable provides screened Cat6a connectivity for high-speed network links in enclosed or poorly ventilated environments. It is intended for 10GBASE-T applications and PoE++ deployments, combining a stranded copper conductor arrangement with a low-emission jacket to support reliable data and power delivery in sites where reduced smoke and toxic fume output is required.

Features and Benefits:

• 10Gbps throughput for high-capacity network transfers
• 500MHz performance to reduce signal degradation
• 100W PoE++ support for powered network devices
• S/FTP construction for enhanced electromagnetic shielding
• LSZH jacket to limit smoke and toxic gas emissions

Applications

• Used with 10G switches and NAS systems
• Suitable for PoE access points and IP cameras
• Used for edge network and on-premises installations
• Ideal for routing in confined or poorly ventilated spaces

What conductor specification does it use?

It employs 27AWG stranded Pure bare copper for consistent conductivity and low resistance.

How is electromagnetic interference mitigated?

Each twisted pair is wrapped in aluminium-mylar foil and covered by a braided shield to reduce EMI.

What connector plating and design are provided?

The RJ45 connectors have 50‑micro gold plating and a snagless design with strain reliefs.

What temperature range can it operate within?

It functions between 0°C and +50°C for typical operating conditions.
