Vertical Float Switches – Dual Switching Point

A float switch capable of offering a variety of switching options and adjusting to system requirements. Compatible with a wide choice of chemicals and liquids due to the fact they are manufactured from high grade polyphenylene sulphide.

Two Independent Switch Outputs, One for Upper Level and the Other for Lower Level, in One Device
N/C Lower Float Position Opens on Rising Liquid
N/O Upper Float Position Closes on Rising Liquid
All Units WRAS Approved For Use in Hot and Cold Water

Warning

The Cable entry point must NOT under any circumstances be submerged.

Sensata Cynergy3 Vertical Float Switch, Polyphenylene Sulfide, 1 m - RSF66 Series - RSF66A25B75

This Sensata Cynergy3 float switch is suitable for both high-level and low-level switching. It's made of grey polyphenylene sulphide (PPS), a robust material that's resistant to heat, acids, alkalis, mildew, bleach, ageing, sunlight and abrasion. This makes it an excellent choice for use in harsh environments and demanding chemical applications. For ease of installation, the switch is vertically mounted on the top of your fluid tank or reservoir. It's a suitable choice for use in food applications.

Features and Benefits

• Broad operating temperature range of -10°C to +85°C for use in harsh conditions
• Cable sheathed in PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for durability and resistance to corrosion
• Compact length of 102 mm for use in areas where space is limited
• Can be used in systems that feature programmable logic controller (PLC) process control for greater ease of use

What's the difference between high-level and low-level switching?

High-level switching means that the switch will activate when the fluid reaches the maximum desired level in the tank. Low-level switching means that the switch activates when the fluid reaches the minimum desired level.
