The Microchip High-current buffer/driver is capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). It features matched output rise and fall times, as well as matched leading and trailing-edge propagation delay times. With very low cross-conduction current, it reduces overall power dissipation. This device is immune to any form of upset, except direct overvoltage or over-dissipation, and cannot latch under any conditions within its power and voltage ratings. It is also not subject to damage or improper operation when up to 5V of ground bounce is present on the ground terminals.
