The Microchip Logic-input CMOS quad drivers are four-output CMOS buffers and MOSFET drivers with a peak drive capability of 1.2 amperes, featuring two inputs for each output, which helps reduce component count in many designs by integrating logic gates onboard the driver, and are able to tolerate up to 5 volts of noise spikes on the ground line while handling up to 0.5 amperes of reverse current on the driver outputs.
