SKYPER® 12 Press-fit IGBT Driver Module


The Semikron SKYPER® 12 press-fit modules are IGBT drivers for SEMIX Press-fit and Econodual Press-fit IGBT modules. The half-bridge driver boards can be mounted directly onto 17mm press-fit modules. With 30% fewer components than other plug-and-play solutions, these drivers achieve an MTBF rate of over 5 million hours at full load and the 1W per channel outputs can drive IGBTs with ratings of up to 600A and 1700V.
