The Amphenol NEXUS Technologies shielded waterproof jack features 7 conductors and is designed for ruggedized commercial and military applications. It uses solder contact types and includes a wire strain relief rear accessory for enhanced durability. The shell is made of aluminum with black anodize plating as standard or black chrome for shielded options. It supports an engagement force of up to 14 lb. and a disengagement force between 8 to 12 lb. With a mating cycle durability of 5000, it operates within a temperature range of -55 to 85 ºC. The jack has a contact current capacity of 3 A and a contact resistance of less than or equal to 150 mV.
