The RS PRO Universal Locking Device is designed to fit BS 1363-4 fused spur units in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. It enables safe and compliant isolation of fixed-wired appliances during maintenance, in line with the Electricity at Work Regulations. The device is secured in place using the screw heads of the fascia plate, preventing reinsertion of the fuse and unauthorized power restoration. It is compatible with most standard lockout safety padlocks (padlocks not included) and features industry-standard fixing centres and space to allow Flex cable routing. Constructed from tough, non-metallic polypropylene, it ensures safe and reliable long-term use.
