The Honeywell SS500 Series are low-cost Hall-effect sensors in a SOT-89B surface-mount package. These compact devices are thermally balanced over the full operating temperature range and the open-collector outputs are easily interfaced with a wide variety of electronic circuits

The Honeywell SS543AT is a Unipolar Hall-effect Digital Position Sensor IC. The digital, open collector sinking-type output is easily interfaced with a wide variety of electronic circuits.

Temperature-compensated magnetics help provide stable operation over a wide temperature range.
