The Tektronix 200MHz oscilloscope offers a colour display of 7inch WVGA (800X480) Active TFT. It has 2 analogue channels. It provides you with affordable performance in a compact design. Packed with standard features - including USB connectivity, 34 automated measurements, limit testing, data logging, frequency counter, trend plot and a context-sensitive help menu. The oscilloscopes help you get more done, in less time.
Supplied with passive probes, one per channel: TPP0051: 50MHz passive probe for TBS1052B, TPP0101: 100 MHz passive probes for TBS1072B and TBS1102B, TPP0201: 200 MHz passive probes for TBS1152B and TBS1202B, Power cord, Installation and safety manual, CD with customer documentation.
