Amphenol Eco-Mate Circular Connectors

From Amphenol, the Eco Mate series circular connectors have a compact and robust design, with a screw lock connection that meets the high requirements of industrial technology applications. These Eco Mate circular connectors are easy to assemble and are supplied with fittings which include strain relief, mounted gaskets, cable glands and clamping rings. The screwed cable gland has a robust thread for a secure connection.

The housings of these Eco Mate circular connectors are made from premium moulding material and are ergonomically designed for safe handling. These Eco Mate series connectors offer a protection class IP 65/67 in their mated condition in accordance with DIN EN 60526 making them ideal for industrial environments.

A: Connector caps are available to retain IP rating when unmated.

Q: Does this connector require special tooling?

A: A ratchet crimp tool is available for affixing crimp contacts. (See 241-2786)

Note

For stock nos. 540-1723 and 540-1717 the connector shell requires male contacts. Please use 103-998 for 0.14-0.5mm² cable and 103-982 for 0.5-1.5mm²cable
For stock nos. 540-1795 and 540-1789 the connector shell requires female contacts. Please use 240-8585 for 0.14-0.5mm² cable 240-8614 for 0.5-1.5mm² cable
