Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode - MBR Series
The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited silicon MBR series schottky diodes have a reverse voltage ranging from 100 V to 200 V. The schottky barrier rectifier has a low forward voltage drop and is available in TO220AB, TO220AC, ITO220AB and ITO220AC packages. The fast switching schottky rectifier is used for freewheeling high frequency inverters and polarity protection.
