Marquardt 1858 Series Rocker Switches

Marquardt 1858 series of miniature double pole single throw rocker switches. The non illuminated 1858 rocker switches are suitable for use in Class II appliances and are available in a choice of PCB mount or 4.8mm Faston/Quick Connect style tab terminals with or without abrasion-proof on-off legends. The miniature rocker switch material is immediately self-extinguishing to UL94V-0 and has a silk matt surface finish that snap fits into panel cut-outs with a panel thickness of between 0.75 and 3mm, the fixing ribs on the switch housing ensures a tight fit. These rocker switches have silver contacts with a DPST (on-off) switching format, a contact resistance <100mΩ and an insulation resistance of >100MΩ.

A transparent PVC cover is available to protect the 1858 series of rocker switches from dust and water ingression and to give the rocker switch actuator an IP64 rating.
